Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and may be purchased at the time of registration.
Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.
The Bloomington-Normal Marriott will accept shipments of displays and materials after November 8, 2026. Sponsors/exhibitors must complete the shipping form. There is no fee for shipping packages up to 36" x 24" x 24". Larger boxes or display cases are $50 each, and pallets are $75 each.

Please have all exhibit staff carefully review our Sponsor Policies, Terms & Conditions for guidelines on proper conduct. Sponsors and exhibitors are also expected to adhere to the ISCA Conference Code of Conduct.

Exhibitors are expected to be set up and have their tables staffed throughout the conference. We ask that you leave your exhibit open through 3pm on Friday, November 13 to allow one final chance for attendees to connect with you.
